Trying to access this site has been very difficult. Entering my email and username to create an account advised me I already have an account and should reset my password.

When I enter my email address to reset my password, the resulting page advises me I have not successfully completed the reCAPTCHA form.

But there is no reCAPTCHA form on the page where I enter my email address.

I’ve had to create a new account, just to get in here.
