One of the most frequent request we receive is to use a flat fee model instead of using a portion of your Amazon clicks to donate to one of the non-profit organizations supported by BestAzon.
We heard you! Starting today, we are providing a choice between the Non-Profit Donation model and a Flat Fee model
Non-Profit Donation Model – This is the traditional model. 3 out of every 100 clicks you refer to BestAzon service will use tags from one of the non-profit organizations we support, and will be redirected to an intermediary page that may show relevant advertisement.
Flat Fee Model – In the Flat Fee Model, you will need to subscribe. Once you do, 100% of your traffic will use your Amazon tags and will go directly to the local Amazon store. You can subscribe here.
Please note that the flat fee model is only available to links sent to our service through BestAzon Scripts and Plugins (WordPress or Joomla). If you are using our service for a single link, we’d continue with the Non-Profit Donation Model.
I have subscribed to $7 per month paid plan 2 days ago. However, I don’t see any clicks coming into my UK amazon account. I do a decent UK traffic coming to my site.
The another thing there an email ID of support I can reach out to? Or a Live chat perhaps?
Thanks Naveen… can you please let us know your website domain and we can check?
In the meanwhile – can you please confirm that the wordpress plugin or the javascript is installed (and activated) on your website?
Also, you can email us at bestazon@outlook.com.
We look forward to hearing from you,
R
I have sent an email with required details. Kindly help!
I installed this today on my site and now, instead of the affiliate links directing to the product itself, it is giving a “Find your local Amazon Store” and “Redirecting Now”, redirecting away from my affiliate link.
Hello Katie,
APologies for the late reply during holiday season.
The page you are referring to is the intermediate page we use in case you do not specify an affiliate tag. As long as you have specified an affiliate tag for the country the visitor is from, the visitor will directly get redirected to the right amazon store.
Please let me know if you still see any problems and I can help you troubleshoot this.
Regards,
Hi there!
A few weeks ago I sent you an email with regards to the Australian Affiliate program that was added. Unfourtunately you haven’t updated the plugin with Australia. Can you please come back to us. via mail or here and let us know when you are planning that. It’s important for us to have Australia onboard. Kindly give us your reply! THanks!
Hi there… Amazon Australia support is available. Please update to latest version.
Your app says
“Please note that a flat fee model will more than pay for itself if you make more than $20 per month ”
Your subscribe page says
“Note: Flat fee option will pay for itself if you earn more than $20 per month from Amazon Associates”
So, this statement basic math says that if I’m earning $20.01 then you are taking approximately a further $6. (marginally over 25%). How can this be possible if you are only directing 3% of traffic through your own referral link with the non-proffit donation model?
Here is the basic calculation. We estimate that this plugin will give you 30% more revenues than a single country. 30% of $20 is $6.
Thus, if you are currently earning $20, we estimate that you will earn $26 after you install this. Thus, a subscription is paid out of incremental revenues.
Note that this is an estimate only and individual situations will vary.
Hi! I am curious about how this works. Does the plugin detect the links and changes them on the go? Or is it necessary to make something with each link?
Also, how does that “intermediary site” looks like?
Yes, that’s what the plugin does. Detects any amazon links and change them on the go.. you dont need to do anything different from what you are doing today.
The intermediary page (only done on 3% of clicks if you are not subscribed). Is a blank page with a google ad that asks the visitor to wait for 10 seconds before proceeding further. There is no BestAzon branding on that page
Hello
Are you guys even active and checking comments? i sent the comment couple days ago but not getting any response??
Our apologies.. your message got lost. The best way is to not leave a comment, but use a forum posting. Comments often get marked for spam, especially when there is a link in there.
Subscribed and added domain but still getting the intermediate page here http://demo.crisp.digital/starr/books/
Hello Neil,
THanks for the query.
We see that you have not entered any Amazon tags in your plugin settings. If you do not add any tags, the plugin will use the intermediary page (since you anyways would not earn money on that click).
If you want to remove the intermediary page for all countries, irrespective of whether or not you have an affilate account with Amazon, we suggest you put some dummy amazon tags in all the boxes (e.g. ‘xyz’). that will ensure that the plugin does not use an intermediary page.
Makes sense?
I’ve received the following message from Amazon:
We noticed that you are not using tags associated with your store ID in any of the Amazon Special Links you have created on your Sites http://homegymrat.com/. As a result of this, we were unable to determine the source of traffic
Is this because I’m using your addon?
Hi,
Just checked – you have included an extra space in front of your Amazon Tag for US. That may be causing this issue. You simply have to go to BestAzon configuration page, and ensure that your US store tag is correct – there should be no space before or after the tag.
Hope this helps. Rest all looks good to me
